Today I went on Facebook and saw a post from my 2nd cousin Jeff. No matter how well you know me or not, I ask that you read this and pass it on out of kindness. In my opinion, family should never be kept from family expect in only extreme cases. It hurts everyone in the long run. Just my thoughts. Regardless I hope this reaches where it need to be. Thank you
Here is his heartfelt post posted on Facebook:

So let’s see, I don’t know where to start. I am counting on Family-Friends-Facebook & the www to do something compassionate an pass these photos throughout the Internet as a sign of how the core reason of wanting to help people reconnect to the long lost loved ones in this world.
These are the only two pictures I have of my oldest brother Sam’s only son. His name was once (Brothers son) Samuel Scott Apkarian jr in 1975 at birth. My brother got divorced an Sammys mom took him to Oklahoma, re-married an had her new husband adopt Sammy jr an changed his name to Scott ??? He was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The last time I seen Sammy was when I was 17 and held him in my arms only once as a infant, maybe 3 months old. Throughout the yrs Sammys mom an I crossed paths in Milwaukee. This is how I acquired these pictures. When Katherine(Kitty) an I spoke last she said “that Sammy is in a better home/life now Jeff an will never know who an where his real an true family is”. There was know way she was going to give me anymore information about him. An then said “I’m sorry Jeff, I really like you an ur sister Wendy but I won’t give out anymore info.
So I guess this is my last hope to try n meet up with my long lost Nephew Sam Scott Apkarian jr. I’ve been wanting to meet you Sam jr before it’s to late for this to be attempted again. Sammy! If ur out there you should probably be married with family of ur own. I’ve loved you for the past 44 years an never met u but once. U have two uncles-3 aunts & an lots of cousins that want to meet you.
On the small single pic Sammy was 11, on the picture of three people, Sammy is on the far right at age 13 or 14, in the middle is Sammys Grandmother on his moms side. The other boy I do not know. So if this gets to you Sammy/Scott by some Small Miracle an I’m praying🙏 that it does, I want you to know I Love you an hope you are Safe n Happy n Missed. I have so so much to catch up on with you Love your Uncle Jeff Apkarian.
