You’ve Got To Change

And when you feel life ain’t worth living
You’ve got to stand up, and
take a look around, look up way to the sky
And when your deepest thoughts are broken
Keep on dreamin’ boy, ’cause when you stop dreamin’ …

2Promise to Honor (RE 50)

We made a promise to live

When life is hard you have to change

(so I’ll write my words on the face of today)

~ words from Blind Melon’s song Change

2PASSING THROUGH

Even though times are changing this world has been through some tough times  It can be a lot for our minds and spirits to take in.  We have to see the light beyond the dark.  The strength of that light must endure us.  We first must take care of ourselves and then find a way to show others the light thought our passion and skills.  Whatever we can do to change this world immediately is important.   It’s in great need of our love and support.  Healing ourselves, in turn healing others, in turn healing this world.

  1. So appreciated your call to action, “…We have to see the light beyond the dark. The strength of that light must endure us.” My blog post today spoke about the Winter Solstice and also about LIGHT so we are synchronicity sisters in our messages.

Whatever we can do to change this world immediately is important. It’s in great need of our love and support. Healing ourselves, in turn healing others, in turn healing this world.” Thank you!

  4. First, I love the Blind Melon quote.

I also loved this: “Healing ourselves, in turn healing others, in turn healing this world.”

We need more healing in our world, and yes, it begins with us individually. Powerful!

  5. I like the idea of “showing others the light through our passion and skills.” You’re absolutely right — we can’t do that unless we are practicing excellent self-care.
